Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?
No deposit is required for most bookings. However, specialty or extended services (like hair tattoos or multi-hour appointments) may require a small deposit at booking. If so, this will be clearly stated before you confirm payment.
Refunds & Cancellations
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available if:
- You cancel at least 2 hours in advance of your scheduled time.
- Your barber is unavailable and no replacement can be scheduled.
- A duplicate booking/payment is made in error.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Missed appointments or late cancellations under 2 hours.
- Services already rendered β satisfaction issues must be addressed on-site.
- Any payment made toward discounted or promotional services.

Let us know before you leave the chair. Weβll fix it or offer a resolution on-site. After service is completed, refunds are not issued.
