Yes. All clients are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. This allows for check-in, prep, and a proper consultation so your service provider can deliver the best experience possible.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation depending on the contractor’s policy.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to book online. If you need a last-minute appointment, call us at 512-350-4056 to check for cancellations or availability.

Walk-ins are welcome when available. Appointments are strongly encouraged.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show, your prepayment will be forfeited. Please respect our contractors’ time by notifying them early.

Yes. Each contractor sets their own tipping and payment policy. Most accept major cards, digital wallets, and cash. Tipping is encouraged for great service.
